Watch the movie Captain America: Brave New World (2025) – Wilson's Captain America does not possess the enhanced invincibility trait like Rogers. He excels in hand-to-hand combat, but relies more on his shield and winged suit, both made of vibranium. This makes him a hero more on par with, say, Iron Man (though Tony Stark's primary weapon is Robert Downey Jr.'s motor mouth), and Wilson's all-too-human qualities shine through in Mackie's sly determination when- you're-number-two-you-try-harder. But instinctively we think, "Wasn't Captain America supposed to be more...super before?
